Mark Messer

Mark has been serving clients in commercial real estate since the mid 1980’s and has gained in- depth knowledge and experience through several market cycles of commercial property values. Although concentrating in the Collin and Denton County geographic market areas Mark possesses a good understanding of property values in many areas of the metroplex in working with various clients and customers in serving their respective real estate needs. Having worked extensively with residential and commercial property developers as well as for a national land development company Mark has vast experience in the land entitlement process through many municipalities.
